Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a customer chooses to return an item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the product, or any reason not caused by our error, the customer will be responsible for paying the full cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, customs fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
If these fees exceed the order value, no refund may be issued.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
